What is glyphosate-p and its advantages?

Glufosinate-P(L-glufosinate) is the active ingredient in glufosinate-ammonium, achieving the effect of doubling the efficacy and halving the dosage. Glufosinate has a chiral center and exists in two optical isomers, L-form and D-form, but only the L-form exhibits herbicidal activity. Glufosinate-ammonium pesticides are mixtures of L-glufosinate and D-glufosinate in a 1:1 ratio. So the herbicidal effect of L-glufosinate is twice that of glufosinate-ammonium. The promotion of L-glufosinate can reduce the application rate by 50%, effectively lowering the cost of use. Once its full promotion in the future, tens of thousands of tons of ineffective D-glufosinate will be directly reduced globally each year, effectively reducing the burden on the environment caused by farmland cultivation. Glufosinate-P is superior to glufosinate-ammonium in terms of rapid, thorough, and stable herbicidal effects, and is expected to gradually replace glufosinate-ammonium in the future.

Use	Glufosinate-P is a broad-spectrum contact non-selective organophosphorus herbicide. Glufosinate-P is so far the only natural allelopathic herbicide containing the C-P-C structure. Its herbicidal activity is about 4 times that of glyphosate, 2 times that of paraquat, and 2 times that of glufosinate-ammonium (DL-type). For the control of annual and perennial dicotyledonous and gramineous weeds in orchards, nurseries, non-cultivated land, potato fields, etc. Low toxicity, high activity and good environmental compatibility.
